Capital of ancient kingdom of Aragon Sobrarbe incorporated in the eleventh century, the villa is a magnificent example of medieval town planning, with its square, with porches on two sides, two converging streets and their homes, some of which are viewed aljimezadas semicircular windows.

Next to the square stands the Romanesque church of Santa Maria, in the first half of the eleventh century. There we can admire the cover, an interesting crypt and the tower that dominates the urban landscape.
